Day 9

One of the most beautiful days we have had thus far. There was a bit of confusion in the morning when Tom and Gary went out early for a short spin. Rustem and Chris thought we were out for the day and took off on their own adventure. Bobby Mac did his favorite loop while John joined Tom and Gary as they went out for the second time.

The mission for John, Gary and Tom was to ride for an hour or so and look for a place to get some cye or coffee. We scored big when Gary spotted a coffee cup painted in the window of a corner store. Not only did they have good coffee and cye, but the most incredible desserts we have found thus far. We enjoyed a number of cups before returning to the road for the journey home.

Back in Kizkalesi we were all reunited at the beach where it wasn't long before we were all in the water (yes the Mediterranean!). There were many 'poser' shots taken on the beach which could not be included here.

Rustem's family arrived from Adana and we preceded to dinner. Another great night of fish, drinks, salads, desserts and coffee made for the typical amazing night in Turkey. Afterwards we returned to Hotel Rain for more laughs as we made fun of more episodes of Turkish Combination Pizza movies.
